 Diet development questionnaire

In each box below I need you to put one protein source and one carbohydrate source from the lists below. I would recommend two of your meals be whey isolate with an easy digesting carbohydrate source.

Protein;

  • Chicken

  • 5% lean mince beef

  • Turkey

  • Egg whites

  • Whole eggs

  • Whey isolate

  • 0% fat greek yogurt

  • Tuna

Carbohydrates

  • White rice

  • Banana

  • Oats

  • Rice snaps (gluten free rice crispies)

  • Choco snaps (gluten free coco pops)

  • Gluten free pasta

  • Caramel rice cakes

  • Honey

  • Bagel + jam

  • Blueberrys

Notes

  • I advise two of your meals to be whey protein with an easy digesting carb (rice snaps, banana, rice cakes etc)

  • If you know your current protein, carbohydrate, fat and calorie amounts per day please tell me

  • If egg whites, eggs or tuna are used you will need to have chicken or another protein source with the meal, NOT tuna and eggs/egg whites together. For example chicken, eggs and egg whites or chicken and eggs would be fine.
